Basically the event will be from about 11:00 am to 8+ pm. I anticipate alot of good combat and just all around good wholesome fun This is also multifunctioning as an event for our local Gamer's club, which means food will be provided, as well as a swimming pool for those who wish to use it. (Mainly my local guys but if you want to use it, be my guest)

So, nows the time to ask for work off or get those schedules changed! =)

No way i can Jury ridge a Day off on that day, but I could be up there mabey like 4pmish at the earlyest but thats all i could do sadly.. Only that day the 21st or that MOnday on the 19th could i do anything till next monday

I can do a mornig event on the 21st, but really I need a months notice to change my schedule. Mondays are usually better for me.

I've had to change it to the following wednesday, the 28th appperantly. I don't have spring break next weekend. The event will fall on the 28th unfortunately. I am pretty sure I got my schools schedule straight this time.

I work from the 20th-the 25 then off 26th (monday) and work again from 27th-31st at least...

sat the 24 i open, 25 no go, 26 of due to monday 27 close 28 close 29 close 30 Open but stuck till near close.. so i am SoL that week due to my Boss on Vacation.

Dangit, okay I got the right information. I just called the school voice mail and found out. It IS in two weeks meaning it can't be on the 21st. Since you guys have each others phones / contacts can you find out which day you guys can all attend later in the day or all day during that time? Our spring break is 03/23 to 04/02

Any day is fine except 31st, and 01 of april since i'm celebrating my birthday on those days. Or perhaps I can mix it in there even.

I think Monday may be our best bet. Aside from Mike we all have Mondays off anyway, and Mike will come when he gets out of class. I know that Monday is our only chance at getting Josh for any part of the event at all also, so... perhaps this is not such a bad thing. Then again I'm MR. Silver Lining.

Besides this gives me a whole other week to get prepped for our first quest with more that 4 PC's... Ever. I'm hoping to bring a few Single short props to make stealable, so that people can start haveing thier own weapons.
